The accommodation was extremely comfy with excellent and cooperative staff. the hotel was placed in the very central location near a bus station. - the room was good-sized and functional, with a view over the castle. - the food was good - lots of options. It has really GOOD and very welcoming stuff and modern facilities. Big size rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus!
Their breakfast is poor, can be better.

Everything was well-maintained. Incredible staff. Excellent views to the old town. the location was marvelous, for example, the Residenz Palace was just a short walk away from the hotel. Had a very comfortable stay for a business trip.

The hotel was perfect and extremely comfy with perfect location close to the railway tracks, constant trains passing at night and the town square.
Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

everything was very clean and in good condition. We paid a reduced price for an executive suite, and were very pleased with the wonderful view from the enormous balcony
Although the shower/bath is very new, the plumbing needs to be fixed. There are fancy controls for the water heat and pressure, but the water temperature and pressure kept changing by itself, suddenly hot and low pressure, then lukewarm and high pressure. Rubbish bin in bathroom would be good.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms have comfortable beds, good bath towels, and provide a beautiful view of the castle. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The breakfast, although not included in the value, is worth the additional cost.
